General Purpose:

The Marketing Manager - Loyalty Program will be responsible for leading marketing of and increase community engagement via Corsair’s loyalty/rewards program.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations: 

  • Manage marketing and community development for Corsair’s loyalty/rewards program 
  • Design marketing campaigns for community outreach and development, partner with marketing managers and copywriters to execute campaigns across associated platforms 
  • Partner with loyalty/rewards business unit to  
    • Ensure marketing campaigns support their needs 
    • Define, optimize, and report on program growth and engagement metrics/KPI, partner with analytics for reporting, dashboard, or specific analyses 
  • Develop growth targets and forecasting  
  • Develop relationships with VIP and high-profile customers for strategic initiatives and/or long-term partnerships 
  • Use data and social listening to proactively seek and develop ways to grow the program, share industry and community insights and pitch ideas and findings 
  • Improve, evolve, and enforce community standards and guidelines 

Essential Skills and Experience: 

  • 5-7+ years of experience building online communities, marketing experience 
  • BS/BA required 
  • Excellent program management skills, track record of driving performance across teams 
  • Passion for gaming & industry knowledge and expertise, fundamental understanding of Corsair’s customers 
  • Understands dynamics of community growth and development and can engage in a resonant tone with Corsair’s audience 
  • Understanding of D2C digital marketing channels, KPIs, and their levers 
  • Analytics and attribution experience a plus 
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences at varying levels of the organization
