Job Description

A global construction company has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator / Administrative. Work hours 8am to 4:30pm, 5 days week.

Position Location: Menlo Park, CA


  • General office filling
  • Processing paperwork
  • Document production
  • Answers general office phone inquiries
  • Direct phone calls and follows up
  • Welcome visitors and clients
  • Assists with related projects, as required
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Providing administrative support as needed


  • 2 years of experience in general office administration
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
  • Construction project experience (a plus)
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude and good verbal communication skills
