In this position, you will support the Development department with various administrative tasks. Duties include:

  • Send outgoing and distribute incoming mail, including express mail and packages
  • Process expense reports
  • Maintain Development storage room & project files
  • Organize & scan files
  • Sort, organize and log documents to be sent to storage
  • Keep track of project plans
  • Maintain office supplies as needed
  • Assemble quarterly Development status reports
  • Assist Development team members as needed
  • Fill in for Executive Assistant & Sr. Administrative Assistant as needed
  • Perform other projects as required


  • High school diploma required.
  • 2-4 years' experience providing clerical and administrative support.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Yardi knowledge a plus.
  • Experience using organizational and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Job Requirements

A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required.
