In this position, you will support the Development department with various administrative tasks. Duties include:
- Send outgoing and distribute incoming mail, including express mail and packages
- Process expense reports
- Maintain Development storage room & project files
- Organize & scan files
- Sort, organize and log documents to be sent to storage
- Keep track of project plans
- Maintain office supplies as needed
- Assemble quarterly Development status reports
- Assist Development team members as needed
- Fill in for Executive Assistant & Sr. Administrative Assistant as needed
- Perform other projects as required
- High school diploma required.
- 2-4 years' experience providing clerical and administrative support.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Yardi knowledge a plus.
- Experience using organizational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail.
A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required.
