Position Summary

Bonduelle Fresh Americas is actively searching for energetic college juniors or seniors, who are results-oriented, love to learn and have a passion for giving people the freedom to eat healthier. We are offering an Operations Internship that will provide both educational and functional learning opportunities.

As an operations intern, you will gain functional experience as it relates to:

    • Data Analytics
    • Staffing
    • Volume Forecasting
    • Cross Functional Collaboration
    • Production Processes
    • Supply Chain Planning
    • Process Improvement, Cost Savings and Lean Manufacturing
    • Employee engagements staffing
    • Volume Planning
    • Cross Functional Collaboration

Therefore, you can expect to be hands-on, in a fast paced and highly technical, creative environment. You will have direct access to Bonduelle Fresh Americas top leadership team, and will have the opportunity to gain mentorships and networking through the course of your internship.

Minimum Qualifications

  • An Undergraduate between Junior and Senior year working on a Degree in: Business, Agriculture Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office suite (particularly Excel, Word and Power Point), MS Project.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Extraordinary analytic and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in analyzing and communicating cause and effect factors
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate up and down the organization
  • Highly organized, self-starter able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and able to prioritize multiple work assignments
  • A proven track record of results with a bias for action
  • A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture
